Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Evening lessons are commonly available.

All 2025 retreats have a base price of €999 per person.

What is the minimum age for language retreats?
The minimum age to attend our retreats is 18 years old. However, if a teenager or child attends with a parent, it’s no problem at all. We also welcome mothers with children.
Can I choose the length of the retreat?
For individual retreats, the duration is fully customizable. For group retreats, we announce dates in advance.
What is covered in the price of your retreat?
This is included in the €999 price.

Chakra harmonization is the process of balancing the body’s energy centers to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
With Idiomas del Sol, this involves learning both the theory and practice. You explore chakras, energies, crystals, symbols, essential oils, and numerology. You practice tarot, various meditations, and can share in a supportive circle if you wish. It’s about creating a space for yourself—not just for self-love and personal growth, but also for deep healing and transformation.
