It was 9 adventurous 🙏 days full of emotions, fun, laughter, good vibes, and deep understanding. In my case, a realization of self-worth. What Ivi started during the retreat is continuing to heal and cleanse, especially now that we’re back home and at work. It’s amazing to watch this process, to remain open and aware, and to observe it as a silent witness. What is meant to be yours will be yours; where you’re meant to be will lead you precisely to the place you’re supposed to be. A few days were enough for me to experience a profound transformation. How? By slowing down, feeling deeply, and reconnecting with myself and my loved ones during an individual retreat with Idiomas del Sol in Spain. I was there on a spiritual and discovery retreat with my sister and mom. This retreat changed my life. It also changed my mom’s and sister’s lives. It awakened my spontaneity, self-love, and gratitude. It taught me that if I’m not feeling okay, sometimes all it takes is to slow down and give myself some time. If you’re longing for change, Ivka is the one to guide you on this journey. She provides resources and a safe space for growth. Conversations with her are transformative. I highly recommend it… Ivka and Zuzka, thank you for everything, from organizing the English course I attended to the mutual exchange of energy… the beautiful nature, beaches, dunes, and wonderful people. These were truly days full of relaxation, laughter, discovery, learning, great food and drinks, and amazing people. I will fondly remember and draw from these days for a very long time. And don’t be afraid to go even on your own, even in middle age – you won’t lose anything, on the contrary, you’ll rejuvenate and gain new energy and strength 😍.

Two years ago, I underwent chakra cleansing with Ivka, and not only did she help me and introduce me to the new world of energy and a different perception of our existence, but she also helped me unblock issues I had carried within me since birth. She guided me, taught me, and provided me with knowledge that I still work with today. Thanks to Ivka and the chakra cleansing, I understood so many things, healed my anger, released my emotions, and learned what I need to focus on ❤️.

A truly wonderful retreat with a very intensive program – excursions, exercise, English lessons, spiritual connection, and gaining awareness of many things while meeting like-minded people. I definitely recommend it as a spiritual detox 🥰.

The chakra harmonization course with you in Spain was beautiful ☮️. What I loved the most was the time we spent together, it felt like our own little “ritual,” a magical time. And those meditations for each chakra that we did were absolutely amazing! The meditation for the root chakra stands out the most in my memory—I still remember the tears. You created a safe space for sharing and realizations. Thank you 🫶🥰.

This connection had great significance for me and came at the perfect time 🍀. Spanish lessons, discovering beautiful places, yoga, rituals, nourishment for the body and soul… all of this was part of our program, naturally and effortlessly 🌞🦋. I traveled to Spain primarily for the intensive Spanish course! The excursions and chakra harmonization were offered as additional activities, and since I had been trying to meditate for over a year without much progress or results, I decided to give it a shot 😍. Ivka literally opened the door to things I had never even dreamed of 🩵. Every day, I discovered something new—it felt as though Ivka could truly see into my soul more than anyone else, even more than I could see myself! Everything I learned was just the beginning of my personal journey—working on myself, my inner world, my soul, my inner child, my self-confidence, and so much more! Through practicing chakra harmonization, everyone will have their own unique experience, but for me, it really helped me identify certain traumas and take several steps deeper in the search for my mental health and healing from past traumas—all of this in just one week 🥰.

After completing the Chakra Harmonization course, doors opened for me. Various processes, healing, and transformations began, and I embarked on a journey of healing and self-healing. It was my starting point, and I am incredibly, incredibly grateful for it ❤️❤️. If I had to decide again, I would do everything exactly as I did ✨. Thank you for allowing me to experience this. For guiding me as I set out on this path and for holding space for me where I felt safe ❤️. Even now, I continue to help myself and work with the knowledge about chakras that I gained ❤️.
